Coal is essential for industrial society, but it must be carefully used, so cars must sip, not guzzle energy.

Governments, industry, venture capital all seem inept, dedicated mostly to promulgating false expectations and pretensious shows of financial action, so it looks like actual people have to do the job. Someday, the greenwashing will have run its course and we can get on with it.
